Duplicate iPhone

This is a Picture of iPhone. But, look properly, it not an Apple iPhone actually. It just one of the duplicate iPhone. This product is coming from China, even Apple iPhone, also can facing online piracy. People who don't know, and if they trying to purchase the item from internet, they might mislead by this picture. Because, it exactly the same with the iPhone, even the logo of the iPhone at the back is also the same, and it written iPhone too. Some people pay Rm2500, to get a cheap duplicate product like this. This product is selling RM400-500 for market price, but some people, they selling Rm1500-2000, because they trying to scam people who don't know much bout iPhone. The duplicate iPhone, and a original iPhone, has a very big different, which is the LCD used by duplicate iPhone is very low quality, by viewing the LCD image, u wil feel the phone is worst. but people who see iPhone before, they know how sharpess the display. Even this duplicate iPhone can design the exactly same interface with original iPhone. Even iPhone can face such problem. What is impossible somemore? can you think about it?

Piracy, piracy and piracy again..

As in our view, piracy not only happen in just one location, it happens around worldwide too, no matter which category, either movies, FMCG, music, books or many more. As long as can bring profits, people will violate it too. Piracy not only bring negative impacts to owner, it also bring positive impacts as well. No matter what is bringing to the owner, the action is still against the rights. All of us know that piracy is very difficult to banish, but we can reduce it instead of banish it. Supports from the all sectors are highly encourage to handle this problem. With the cooperation from all different sectors, it can decrease the difficulties to handle it as well. All of us can make a difference.

Should we commit online piracy?

From a few of my previous posts, there are a few cases that online piracy helped a number of unknown producers be it for music, movie or even games that helped these unknown producers to gain fame and popularity. They have also caught the eyes of some big companies to buy the copyrights of their intellectual properties because they see the potential in it.

In my post today, I wonder if we should commit online piracy if we have a really great idea or production but without the connections. Yes although by doing so, we might get a chance for our work to be recognized by the world, but it is illegal. Online piracy is a crime, and we shouldn't be doing it. Please share with me on what do you think about this issue. Will you take a risk for a ticket to success?

Surprised, Shocked, and feel helpless for Original PC hardware

Yesterday my friend called me, which is he only 16++ years old and he asked me what is the price for particular PC hardware. I told my friend that price quite expensive because it came out not long ago. Then my friend said he bought with cheap price from unknown seller at forum. So, I asked him is it the things that he bought genuine product? After that I ask my friend to check for the Holograms Sticker. And yes, there's a Holograms Sticker and it is a fake holograms sticker. Its a pirated hardware. The first thing cross to my mind is I laughed at him, I told him his case is suitable for me to do this blog topic and he got pissed off at me. Then i check through online about the fake hardware information and found out a website that discussing related piracy matter.

Books Being Pirated Online

I guess not many of you will know that books are actually pirated online too. Many books such as Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter are available to be downloaded in PDF format FOR FREE! Harry Potter's books are selling like RM35-RM60 per book for non hard cover versions and they all allowing users to download it for free. Can you imagine how much the writer would have lost from there? It's not easy to write a book and it can take up to 1-2years to complete a book.

It is not hard to create a copy of pirate book. According to Richard Loeffler in his article of Book Piracy on the Web,
"All you need is a copy of the book you want to "give away" and a scanner with optical character recognition software and the patience to scan the book, clean it up and post to a web site. It is not difficult to do. In fact this is what the volunteers at Project Gutenberg do.." more

I remembered 3 years ago, a friend of mine knew that I read Harry Potter and she passed me a link that contains all of the Harry Potter series in it. That time the latest book is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. It has just been released not long and it is already available for download online. I was really shocked but I insisted on buying the book because I trying to make a collection out of it. To those of you who are keen readers, have you encountered any case like mine before? Most of the iPhone in Malaysia are illegal?Why?

Most of the iPhone is Malaysia are illega. Why? It very simple, because, iPhone didn't official launch in Malaysia, and actually iPhone has locked the network. If you really want to use iPhone, you have go to your service provider, and subscribe the plan, and only they will unlocked for you. But, because of online piracy, and some hacker, now, around the world also can use iPhone. Hacker has upload the software how to unlocked, and jailbreak it for everyone to unlocked the iPhone by themselves. Now, Apple facing the problem is because, everyone can unlocked by themselves in the home, but not by Apple. They trying to solve the problem, but every after few month they change the system, the hacker will able to crack the code again. If you are really interested to know more about iPhone, you should do research by yourself, you will know more than what i'm telling now.

PIRATED SELLERS ARE EVERYWHERE

Everytime i dinner at the hawker centre, those pirated syndicates are carrying the pirated product walk freely to sell the product. Mostly those seller are from China, they selling those un-guaranteed product. Some of the products are unreliable especially the drama. i remember once i buy a drama from them which had problem to watch. i took the disc and find back the seller that hopefully he would change one for me, but he refuse to do it. Somemore some of the shop which selling computer software which do not have any rights, download from internet and burn into a disc and sell to public. i wonder why still got users buying the products. Pirated product always got problem, Do you face the same problem as well?
